Alumnus: University of Management & Enterprising - Warsaw (BA - Management, postgraduate in HRM), Warsaw University (MA - Political and Social Sciences), University of Illinois (MBA), Institute of Organization and Management in Industry (PhD - in progress).

Since end of 90's management consultant ('98), trainer ('97) and executive coach ('97) - focus on leadership and managerial effectiveness, change management, crisis management and continuous improvement (also lean enterprising/management). Certified trainer/coach Leadership Management International (USA).

Over 16 years of business experience - Polish and international (12 years on middle and top managerial positions) e.g. Coca-Cola, CEDC, Orkla Group, Bank Pekao SA (Unicredito). Acting: Managing Director, HR & Administration Director/Manager, President of Board, Board Member, Training & Development Manager, Change Management Director, Operations Director. International experience (Holland, Czech Republic).

Member of couple steering committees (continuous improvement, change management, crisis management). Author of large number of HR supporting systems (e.g.: competencies, talent management, appraisals, motivational, development). Assessment & Development Centers assessor. University teacher/lecturer.

Author more then 60 articles; 1 book co-author. Speaker on conferences, seminars and events in Poland and abroad. Professional organizations member. Since 1998 Interim Manager mostly in international companies (last years in pharma sector). Board members advisor in M&A and Change Management processes.
